【水電與設備】
配備全戶淨水：洗澡時感覺滑滑是軟水正常現象。
安心飲用水：有全戶淨水器，濾水壺過濾或煮沸後飲用。
冷暖空調：房間空調有「冷氣」和「暖氣」功能
用電須知：勿同時使用兩台電器（洗澡熱水器、微波爐、電茶壺或快煮鍋），洗澡熱水器請保持在「3」，以免造成跳電。
跳電處理：如果不慎造成跳電，請協助依照指示處理。
【生活與服務】
居家清潔服務：需整理請兩日前預約，將於14:00–15:00整理。
垃圾＆回收：餐具與飲料杯務必清洗後，確實回收。
自助洗衣店：附近的自助洗衣店參考，門口洗衣機請勿使用。

【交通與退租】
交通停車：每戶限停一部機車於前庭，無汽車停車位，汽車詳細說明見《交通頁》
物品暫放：退租後放樓梯轉角處，有監視器但不負保管責任，需告知延長大門的密碼時間。
遺落物品：可保留兩週內取回，如有需寄送匯款65元後透過店到店寄還。

🏠 住戶守則
⚠️ 嚴重違規將列入黑名單並立即終止住宿，並立即終止租賃契約，敬請配合。
📹 監控提醒：為維護居住安全，戶外與公共走廊皆設有監視器，請房客安心並遵守規範。
🗑️ 垃圾處理：

租金含每日一袋垃圾代收，請妥善打包、綁緊後放至門口集中桶。

過量需自行處理「垃圾車時間表」請參閱

餐具請洗淨回收；廚餘請瀝乾包好（流理台下有濾網/小袋）。
🚭 嚴格禁菸：室內全面禁菸，請至戶外屋簷外，並關閉大門避免煙味飄入。煙蒂確實投煙灰缸。
🛏️ 污損與損壞：人為污損布料須照價賠償，淘汰布品可由承租人自領回，或是我們捐給社福單位。有損壞紀錄，日後承租須加重押金。
🚫 禁止寵物：嚴禁攜帶寵物，違者將立即終止住宿合約。
🔇 保持安靜：出入及上下樓請輕聲。22:00 後走廊請保持完全安靜。

Self Check-in: This accommodation uses a keypad lock. The access code will be provided after payment is completed.

Invoice Request: Please confirm your invoice details before booking and inform us of your requirements.
Whole-house Filtered Water: The soft-water system may make your skin feel slightly slippery during showers—this is normal.
No Bottled Water Provided: Filtered drinking water is available. Please use the water filter pitcher or boil the water before drinking.
Heating & Cooling: The air conditioner in the room has both cooling and heating modes.
Room Cleaning: If you need cleaning service, please book at least two days in advance. Cleaning time is between 14:00–15:00.
Electricity Use: Do not use two high-power appliances at the same time(such as the water heater, microwave, electric kettle, or cooker), to avoid power outages.
Trash & Recycling: To prevent ants, please wash all tableware and drink cups before disposing of them in the recycling bin.
Lost & Found: Items will be kept for two weeks. If mailing is required, please transfer NT$65 for shipping, and we will send it via convenience-store delivery.
Parking & Transportation: Each unit may park one scooter in the front yard. No car parking is available. For car access details, please refer to the Transportation Page.
Self-Service Laundry: Nearby laundromats for your reference.
Please do not use the washing machine at the entrance.

Luggage Storage: You may place luggage at the stairway landing. Surveillance cameras are installed, but we are not responsible for lost items. Please inform us if you need to extend the access-code time.
Rules and Regulations
🏠 Tenant Rules ⚠️ Serious violations will result in being blacklisted and immediate termination of the rental agreement. Thank you for your cooperation.
📹 Security Cameras: For residential safety, security cameras are operating outdoors and in the public corridors. Please feel at ease and follow the regulations.
🗑️ Trash Disposal:

Rent includes the disposal of one bag of trash per day. Please pack it securely, tie it tightly, and place it in the designated collection bin by the door.

Any excess trash must be disposed of by yourself. (Please refer to the "Garbage Truck Schedule").

Please wash tableware before recycling. Food waste must be drained and properly bagged (strainers and small bags are provided under the sink).
🚭 Strictly No Smoking: Smoking is entirely prohibited indoors. If you need to smoke, please go outside under the eaves and keep the main door closed to prevent smoke from entering the building. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtray.
🛏️ Damages & Compensation: Any human-caused damage or severe stains must be compensated at full price. Tenants with a record of causing damage will be required to pay an additional security deposit for future rentals.
🚫 No Pets: Pets are strictly forbidden. Violators will face immediate termination of the lease.
🔇 Quiet Hours: Please keep your voice and footsteps down when entering, exiting, and using the stairs. Complete silence in the corridors is required after 22:00.
