配備全戶淨水：洗澡時感覺滑滑是軟水正常現象。
不提供瓶裝水：有全戶淨水器，濾水壺過濾或煮沸後飲用。
冷暖空調：房間空調有「冷氣」和「暖氣」功能
房間整理：需整理請兩日前預約，將於14:00–15:00整理。
用電須知：勿同時使用兩台電器（熱水器、微波爐、電茶壺或快煮鍋），以免造成跳電。
垃圾＆回收：避免螞蟻滋生，餐具與飲料杯務必清洗後，確實回收
遺忘物品：可保留兩週內取回，如有需寄送匯款65元後透過店到店寄還。
交通停車：每戶限停一部機車於前庭，無汽車停車位，汽車詳細說明見《交通頁》
自助洗衣店：附近的自助洗衣店參考，門口洗衣機請勿使用

寄放行李：放樓梯轉角處，有監視器但不負保管責任，需告知延長大門的密碼時間。

🚭 禁煙區域：本區域全面禁煙，請於屋簷外區域吸煙，並使用前庭外左側的煙灰缸，勿亂丟煙蒂。
📹 安全監視：大門內外及走廊設有監視器，請注意。
🔇 保持安靜：請降低音量，特別是22:00後保持安靜。
🗑 垃圾回收與餐具：確實垃圾分類，環保局會罰款 ♻️；使用過的餐具飲料杯務必先清洗後，置流理臺或戶外回收區。
違者將於網站通報「不當行為」，並拒絕再次預定，敬請配合！

Self Check-in: This accommodation uses a keypad lock. The access code will be provided after payment is completed.

Invoice Request: Please confirm your invoice details before booking and inform us of your requirements.
Whole-house Filtered Water: The soft-water system may make your skin feel slightly slippery during showers—this is normal.
No Bottled Water Provided: Filtered drinking water is available. Please use the water filter pitcher or boil the water before drinking.
Heating & Cooling: The air conditioner in the room has both cooling and heating modes.
Room Cleaning: If you need cleaning service, please book at least two days in advance. Cleaning time is between 14:00–15:00.
Electricity Use: Do not use two high-power appliances at the same time(such as the water heater, microwave, electric kettle, or cooker), to avoid power outages.
Trash & Recycling: To prevent ants, please wash all tableware and drink cups before disposing of them in the recycling bin.
Lost & Found: Items will be kept for two weeks. If mailing is required, please transfer NT$65 for shipping, and we will send it via convenience-store delivery.
Parking & Transportation: Each unit may park one scooter in the front yard. No car parking is available. For car access details, please refer to the Transportation Page.
Self-Service Laundry: Nearby laundromats for your reference.
Please do not use the washing machine at the entrance.

Luggage Storage: You may place luggage at the stairway landing. Surveillance cameras are installed, but we are not responsible for lost items. Please inform us if you need to extend the access-code time.
Rules and Regulations
🚭 No Smoking Area: Smoking is strictly prohibited in this area. Please smoke outside the porch area and use the ashtray on the right side of the front yard.
📹 Security Surveillance: Cameras are installed outside the main entrance and in the hallway for safety.
🔇 Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 22:00.
🗑 Trash & Tableware: Please sort your trash properly into the recycling area ♻️. Used tableware for recycling 🍽 should be washed before placing it back in the recycling area or on the kitchen counter.
Violations will be marked as "Improper behavior" on the booking platform, and future reservations may be refused. Your cooperation is appreciated!
